Show me some great breeder and breed websites!
 

I'm not talking about great breeders, I'm not looking to get a dog. I am in the process of working on a website (not GSD related) and my son suggested I find good sites for inspiration. I'd love to see sites for any breeder or breed club that you think are well laid out, informational, clean, easy to navigate and helpful to people interested in a specific breed or breed club.

I like this site. All the links separated neatly to the left. It's simple & laid out nicely. Colors are not blinding & there's no crazy music. I don't care for that idea.

I second Wildhaus, very informative with every question answered so you don't have to contact them just to ask a question about their lines or program! Updated often as well. I love it when websites are current. It seems lately more and more people are doing facebook pages instead of websites for their breeding information.

I also like when breeder sites have a bio about each dog. Something personal about the dog & pictures of the dog outside of the traditional headshot & stack (which I also like to see on top of title lists).

I don't want to name anyone. But I don't like things like dark backgrounds with bright color fonts. Or sites where you're constantly having to scroll up and down, frames help with organization. And yea music is the WORST. I don't understand how ANYONE thinks thats a good idea, even back in the 90's it was bad! And yet people still do it. Also I don't like videos that start playing automatically, though they aren't as bad as music.

I am on my phone so can't easily link, but I've always liked medos breeders website aritar bastet. Not super "feel goody" with bios on each dog (he is an eastern european man, after all lol) but the design and how he had the litters laid out is suburb.

I also like this site as well:) Organized, easy to navigate, simple.
