Waking up

Every time I try to wake my dog up(for medicine) she growls at me and nearly bites me

Get some smelly food and move it around his nose and i bet he will wake up better

Or try to call your dog from a afar and then go and give it a treat or let it come to you.

Make the dog associate waking with good things rather than getting medicine
