Oscar is an avid dreamer. Sometimes, I think they are nightmares (rather, past memories of abuse). Other times, he'll get totally into it. It is he only time he barks, in his sleep.
Once he was dreaming about shredding something apart. He would move his paws like he had a hold on something, his lips would pull back to take a bite of something (you could hear his teeth click as he grabbed air), and he would just start pulling and tearing hard enough to lift his head clear off the floor and, consequently, drop his head back onto the floor. He'd do this on the hardwood too, no cushioning. Just the hilarious repeated thunking of his face into my floors. It went on for a good minute before he stopped too, and his face hitting the floor never woke him up! ![]() Share what funky things do your dogs do in their sleep! LO

Tries to drink water. She'll make a weird slurping sound and her tongue will shoot in and out like she's drinking air, then usually within 5 minutes she'll wake up and get an actual drink by resting her chin on the bowl and lazily doing it
she's also ran in her sleep and i heard her claws scraping the side of the crate i thought she was having a seizure because it was the 2nd night I had her lol
