Although I do agree it's a good idea/concept, it likely won't get far.
People who don't really get what the ribbon is for (haven't seen this) will probably be MORE inclined to come ask what the ribbon is for.... But hopefully not.

I live in a small community and theres a woman with an australian shepherd whenever shes got him in training he wears a very bright green bandana,. many questioned it even i did and was told when hes got it on hes not allowed to be petted, talked to or anything hes in bootcamp

definately! and i know my dog sure has people talking to me all the time with questions and opinions ive met more people in last 9 months i have in the whole time living here its crazy so maybe a yellow ribbon would work after explain to a few let them go sip some tea and gossip bought the big black shepherd with a yellow ribbon lol

I really like this idea. I will look up the organization and share it on my Facebook. Maybe if others do the same, it will get the publicity needed to work!
I don't mind people and other dogs approaching me or my dog but I know that there are a lot of people and dogs who would prefer space for a variety of valid reasons. |

It's a great idea but again, the general public who would need that kind of information won't be aware of what it means.
Just this weekend I was at event and there was a deaf Akita there. She had a big banner on her leash that said "caution, I'm deaf" and not one person noticed it until the handler pointed it out. People don't pay attention to that kind of stuff. I do like the collars, harnesses and leashes that are color coded with words on them but again, only as good as what people notice.
