A few months ago some people moved in with an American Bulldog that is very big, the dogs head is HUGE. About the same time some other people got a cocker spaniel. Now both these people live on a completely different block in back of me, but they insist on walking their dogs across our private property, with a driveway that kinda connects and is easier to walk down. I don't have a problem with the dogs, its the people, they are all creepy. None of my dogs like either of those dogs, but I can't blame them when these dogs come right up on the patio and are nose to nose with my dogs through the glass. Again this isn't necessary and I almost think they are trying to get my dogs going so that the blinds open and they can see what I have in the house. This morning I was letting out the GSD and she went around the corner to her potty spot and instantly started barking and lunging. She was about a foot away from this bulldog, which thankfully remained calm(we were told that this dog is okay with small dogs, but doesn't like dogs in his face). I never once seen the man because he bolted out of there(but I'm sure he heard me). The problem is that I have about 50 feet of grass that is part of private property and this guy was right next to my son's window. There is no reason at all that any normal person would be right in the middle of someone's lawn walking their dog. Then I find all of his dogs poop, which I've been yelling at my son to pick up. Well I didn't know it wasn't our dogs, but I went on poop patrol and there is a noticeable difference in the poop. Then I came home from work and my grill cover is completely gone
It was there this morning. I think that someone was trying to steal the grill, but realized it was chained up. I am now getting a heavier chain and a new grill cover. I think its this guy messing with me, because I wasn't to quiet about yelling at him from around the corner about picking up his dog's poop. I should have known he was doing this, my golden has taken interest to the bush and I knew something was peeing on it, but I didn't think of that dog. Now I don't know if I should push the issue of the dog poop, him being on private property, or him being that close to my son's window.....suspicious or not?? I'd like to think its nothing, but my gut says different. Vent over, thanks for reading

They may just seem shady because they know you have several dogs and think they can get away with not ever having to pick up their dogs poop cause you'll just think its one of your dogs.. BUT I always say to always trust your gut!

Too bad its February. I would probably put sprinklers in right there and have shift over the driveway so anyone walking would get wet.
There is no reason anyone should be near your kid's window.

Wait, they'd probably steal it.
Shucks. Scrap that.

I would get an outside camera/surveillance system with a sign stating its there. I bet that takes care of the problem quickly!
