Does dog urine burn the grass?

Rocco likes to pee in the same spot every morning. I've notice that there is a growing patch of burnt grass there. Is it his urine?

Yes, if you can spray water on the spot soon after he pees, you can dilute it enough to not kill the grass.

Yes it will, I keep a pitcher with water outside and just dilute the urine
