relocating myself and the dog...advice and tips pls.

so some may know that i'm planning on moving back to new myself...with my dog. i'm going to be in my parents' house for a while but will hopefully be able to get back on my feet sooner than later and have my own space. anyway, my mom has two small terrier mix and the other a min pin. chobahn is NOT good with these dogs. he means well, but they are about the size of his head and he is a total goon and doesn't understand how large he really is. the one dog doesn't like him at all...the other tolerates him as long as he's on a leash. so i'm just putting it out there...other than crate and rotate, is there anything else i can be doing to help him adjust? walks together maybe? slow and controlled exposure to each other? i know i'm going to be really stressed out about it i'm just hoping that it won't be a miserable situation like i'm imagining. has anyone else ever had to do this? i just want to hear some thoughts or opinions about how to deal with the situation at hand. sorry for the ramble..i need some wisdom!
