Default Dollar Amount

Do you kinda or ever regret paying as much as you did for your GSD, $1500 and up?

Not a bit. I did have the luxury of paying both of my girls out, so I didn't have to come up with all the money at once.

In the big scheme of things, $1500 isn't much money for a dog you'll potentially have for many years. My computer cost more than that, and I'll only have it a maximum of 4 years before I get a new one... Priorities!

No, pretty much knew what I wanted and about how much the type dog I wanted was going to cost. Wish it were $1500.
For me it came down to where I was going for her. In State or out and how to best assess what I was getting if I couldn't go there. As it turned out, I had personal visits and got what we wanted, even though my wife changed her mind at the last minute for the other one. Hey, at least it wasn't a Twenty Thousand dollar horse.

Not at all. I paid $200 for my last GSD and he died of serious health issues at 10 months old. I would gladly pay $1500 for a well-bred, healthier GSD.

I paid $250 for Onyx, $125 for Kacie and $1200 for Karlo....guess who was the best deal?
The cost of the dog is nothing compared to what you receive. What I pay in training is what is breaking me, but so worth it or I wouldn't do it.

Nope, no regrets, and I might be one of the few who has not approached the original purchase price in vet bills.

Worth every red cent and than some, and I too have never had a Vet bill, I've had insurance the whole time I have had my boy and have yet to use it.
