Default What would you want your dog to do?

Say you were in a place where you had been exercising with your dog and no one else was around. Out of nowhere two thugs appear and inform you they are taking your dog, would you :

1. want your dog to show aggression to these strangers
2. be socialble

Just a scenerio, what are your thoughts on this?

Based on previous experience (not with thugs just with creepy people) if I saw thugs Sasha would be aggressive before they even got close enough to make that statement. When I get nervous Sasha gets alert, and generally will warn people that coming close is not a great idea. She's pretty good if I'm not nervous though, so I guess if I couldn't tell they were thugs she'd probably be fine.So in that case I guess I'd want her to become aggressive as long as it didn't endanger her life.

I'd say OK TRY ME while I give my dog the alert command and they quickly learn how to avoid snapping teeth.

I have German Shepherds to be German Shepherds not Golden Retrievers.
So I would WANT my dog to do those things as well

Duck and cover while I shoot them in the head.

This.

I have a "on guard" command for when we are walking through the park at night or somewhere I feel uneasy. It is telling my dog to "be aware" and if I give the command to fight - do so.

Although, at this point Zefra will gladly go with the people - even if they didn't want her... LMAO... Stark on the other hand - good luck.

I would probably be the one showing aggression if someone wanted to take one of my dogs from me.
