Good book for better understanding dog behavior

Can someone recommend a book? I've read lots of the Ceasar Milan ones already. Are there other recommended books ?

Thanks

Stanley Coren has some great books, as well as Ian Dunbar. I particularly enjoyed "How to Speak Dog" by Coren.
