I dont know if any of you have ran into this but I have noticed that as Stoli has gotten bigger and people assume he's a couple years old when he misbehaves people are quick to point it out and judge. But when they inevitably ask how old he is and I tell him he's almost 11 months (or ten months 8 months etc) they seem to determine that his age makes it ok for him to do something wrong. I usually get the line "oh he's still a baby it's fine then he'll grow out of it..."
HELLO people I am trying to get him to not do things like bark at the neighbors or pull on the leash or whatever it is...don't give him an out just because he's a "baby" still that is not an excuse! This is why dogs who aren't trained or taught while young are awful as adults since people just assumed they would "outgrow" their bad behaviors Alright that is my rant for the day I hope you all enjoyed lol |

i get the same thing regarding Shasta. totally get it! She turns 1 on the 5th and people are surprised how well behaved she is for being so young and then they're surprised when she does something not so good and are surprised she's younger than they thought. Either way someone is gonna be confused lol.
