Cute pup - I've always loved BCs!

She looks like she could be a purebred. Or if a mix, likely mixed with Aussie. Doesn't have anything Sibe-y about her and certainly is extremely unlikely to be mixed with an Icelandic Sheepdog.

Why do you say it's extremely unlikely that she is mixed with an Icelandic sheepdog?
I live in Iceland and here we have a lot of Icy's and Icy mixes, and there are so few Aussies here that it is very unlikely that she is mixed with an Aussie

Also I think its from the icelandic that her erect ears come from

Had a friend of mine get a dog from the humane society several months back, they classified it as a "hound" but it was a doberman if you ever saw one. Absolutely beautiful too! Was around 2 years old, chick had the dog a few hours and took her back because she pee'd inside once. I offered to help her train her dog with basic stuff but figured it was better she took the dog back so she could find a family who was more dedicated. I've been avidly trying to get to to understand her family simply doesn't need a dog....she refuses to listen & refuses to come over to see how easy it is to train the basic stuff.
I agree, some people are stupid and you can't fix it.
