Well, I have to say "Yeah!" to Thor for beginning to learn the magic of playing ball. Baby steps are great! Thanks for being so good to him!

It was an accident. I was outside with him when it happened and he wasn't aiming for her or anything. We would never abuse Kota, she's like our little sister. She is a great dog.

Maybe Thor got hurt accidently and never forgot it
I doubt it, not with scars on his muzzle. I'm sure he is 100x happier now that he's with someone that will love him forever.
Those who abuse animals should be made to suffer for eternity.

Scars on the muzzle most likely mean the dog was a stray who's had to scrap for his food at some point in his life. Ducking, cringing, and acting afraid are unfortunately very common among poorly-bred GSDs. I'm not saying Thor wasn't abused, but there's really no more than circumstantial evidence to suggest that he was.

That really sucks. At least now he's in a better place where he'll learn that it's positive and not negative.

awww, it's heartbreaking to think about what may have happened to him. but, like the others said, it's all behind him and he's with you now. a new life for him, and a new chapter for you and your family.

dylan ducks when i go to pat his head. i've had him since he was 7 weeks old. he wasn't abused. he started doing that a few years ago. i guess it just freaks him out.
