Us too, but I find it worse in the summer with the heat/humidity and sweat, and it sticks to your face. At least this way you can brush it off, granted it floats in the air, but you can try and get away from it.

In the summer if it gets stuck to your face, only a shower will do!

LOL! Here are some tips I found really worked! When you wash your laundry, use BOTH liquid fabric softener AND dryer sheets. The liquid helps more dog hair be pulled off in the washer and dryer, and the fabric sheets help not as much hair stick when you're wearing the clothes. I read it on a website years ago and it really does work. Because of my sensitivities I use "free and clear" unscented fabric softener and sheets. I've noticed a HUGE difference if I forget to do the liquid, or forget the sheet and only use one of the two.

Thanks lin will try your suggestion.I hate fragrances so will take tip on free and clear.I also hate doing laundry and will take a lot for me to pay attention to when to add softener. So bummed out I WILL try-someone at work asked 'do you KNOW there is dog hair all over the back of your sweater?DUH guess I only scotch taped the front!!

Static Guard in a spray can works nice too. Note to self, get more, hide it from the children.

Is that what it is??? I have always used both, but mostly because I love the smell and softness of my laundry afterwards. But I am a one time wear person, meaning I wear my clothes and they go in the laundry. My hubby, however, tends to wear his until they smell - meaning he wears em, then throws em back in the closet. We have 2 shedders now in the house, and I've always wondered how he can be covered in hair and I'm not, and I handle the dogs a lot more than he does! LOL. Guess I should share this with him huh??

You don't have to figure out the timing for adding the fabric softener! Buy a downy ball. Its this plastic ball with a rubber stopper, your pour in the liquid and then pull the stopper tight. It automatically opens back up during the cycle to release the fabric softener. I def don't hang around checking it. I miss having a washer that had the fabric softener spot in it.
