sometimes I toy with the idea of making up business cards to pass out that say something like this: "my young dog is in training. thank you so much for being a calm and friendly stranger. You've have been a very big help in teaching my dog about the world".

Yeah we all like crap food even the dogs. Hot dogs are a great treat the only thing they can make the leash slippery. There were two people that Max would not take my own hot dogs from and actually spit them out. I had learned that was a sign for me to keep moving that Max was just not comfortable at all with those particular people. We put treats on certain objects as Luna seems to be unsure of certain objects and as a reward when she investigated. I cooked two packages of hotdogs for nose works class for Max as rewards which I did not know there was no class this weekend so we have many training treat for Luna as well this week.
