Not eating

I had my 1yr old GSD flown from Tampa, Fl to Colorado Springs, CO recently and now he's not eating. Is this common or should I be concerned.

How long has he not been eating? Was he eating well prior to that? Have you had him checked at the vet yet?

He is only eating a little food in the evenings (Wellness Complete). He was eating very well before flying here. He was seen by his vet for his yearly in Dec and a gain last week for his health certificate and had gained 5lbs. I was waiting until the 1st of next week (Monday) and if he's not eating better I was taking him to a local vet.

Some dogs don't eat when they feel stressed, but I agree if 2 days go by and he's literally not eating anything (even a handful at a time is acceptable to me and you mentioned he is doing that) then I would take him to the vet and get him checked out for peace of mind.
