I have noticed different behavior in my GSD

I have noticed when I greet her she lies down at my feet & licks my feet. When I tell her to sit and I bend down she will put her paw on my arm! & some more little actions but what could this mean? Is she showing submission?

How old is she? It is submissive but it also looks like fear ... that she doesn't trust you.

Shes 18 weeks
