Everytime I come home my dog runs to me with her ears pulled back & she will lie down at my feet & start making a crying noise & she will even lick my feet. What could this mean? I've never owned a dog who does this

It is a submissive greeting display. She is still a very young pup, right? Will probably be a less dramatic greeting as she gets older.
