Timed scared

Ruger is timed and scared around loud noise and people. What's the best way to get him use to cars starting traffic people and new dogs

The best advice I have is to get him around them more. The more socialized they can be to new people, dogs and noises, and new places, the better. And don't baby him while you're doing it...don't use the baby talk "oh poor boy, it's okay" thing. Keep him engaged with training treats so that while he's aware of all that's going on, his attentions stays with you too.
