Phermone Spray Collars and Thunder Shirts

Has anyone had any experience with phermone spray collars and thunder shirts or anxiety wraps?? Hoping to calm my GSD down just a little.

I like the Thundershirt, got one for my big white dog who is afraid of thunder, gunshots, and noises like that and it really helps calm him down. In fact I have become a distributor for Thundershirts through my grooming shop, and have been using them on my nervous client dogs, with pretty good success. Tried the pheromone plugin, but I'm not sure if it made any difference. I have heard mixed reviews on those.
