So I currently have a 2 year old GSD, Titan. In one week I will be bringing home a 3 mo old female Boerboel. Titan is a great dog and LOVES other dogs. I have introduced him to plenty and even at the dog park he is fine. However I know that bringing another dog into the home to stay is different. Any suggestions on the introduction and beginning stages of bringing a puppy into a home with an adult dog? I'm not terribly worried about it, just curious on the advice out there.

When we brought Jazz home as a pup and introduced him to Bunny, we did it on neutral ground outside. I waited outside with the pup while my husband went and brought Bunny outside. We went on a short walk and then let then sniff outside. Bunny was curious and the meeting went well so we went in. We didn't really have any issues. They became quick friends. Just make sure you supervise like a hawk, especially in the beginning.
