I was on here earlier checking the forums, Ace came into the kitchen where I was and was licking his leg. He is soon to be 18 mo and when he pees he most of the time pees on his front leg. I said Ace do you have pee pee leg? So I get my flashlight and go around the house looking for where he peed, he had marked where our cat has been laying recently.
The only other time he has done anything like this was when he was a lot younger he peed in his sisters bed. My question, once he has done this does it mean he will continue to do it? Has anyone else had a male that marked inside only once and never did it again or it this the start of a bad habit?

Clean the area with an enzyme cleaner. If you notice him doing it more, you need to be proactive. Basically, he goes back to being treated like a little puppy. Tethering, let out repeatedly, crated when not watched, etc. Marking is a housebreaking issue, and can be fixed if you are vigilent

Pee on top of his pee. Don't let him lay claim to your home!

I plan on keeping him intact unless a medical reason comes up to neuter. From past posts on here some dogs still mark after neutering.
