I have a female 7 month old gsd, I had her spayed at 5 months. She humps people at least 10+ times daily. The thing is if you try to push her off she will nip at you while making a kinda high pitched growl. Where do I even begin??

This isn't sexual, it's a combination of play and dominance. Young dogs often hump each other to show they want to play. The nipping and high pitch growling are classic "come and play with me!" signs.
1) Make sure she's getting enough play and training 2) Make sure she's getting enough exercise. 3) Increase her play, training, and exercise. Wear her little puppy butt out.4) Make sure she has toys and chewies in the house to occupy her. Maybe try putting her food in a bob-a-lot or treat stick. 5) Once you've done 1-4 (really, do those first) when she starts to hump you, grab her by the scruff and collar and pull her off of you while making a deep growling AAAACCCCKKK! sound and looking her hard in the eye. 6) Repeat as necessary.

Humping is bad manners. Unless there's a bitch in heat around, it's rarely sexual.
As Emoore said, it's play and dominance. We had a female for awhile that would jump on a leg as soon as she got excited about playing ball or being out. We never allowed it, (would also make a loud negative noise and we would usually leave a prong collar with a tab on her to correct her off) and always redirected to a toy or more appropriate behavior. It stopped.

A bored and excited dog that needs a 'job' and more exercise will hump cause it's fun.....
Need to make sure you continue with dog classes so YOU gain the skills needed to be seen as the leader to your dog. ANY classes in a group setting will work, most of us start with obedience and then the smartest owners with the best dogs all go into agility (well, maybe not all ) ![]() EXERCISE! Not in the yard. Not in the neighborhood. Not on a LEASH! Real exercise and socialization in a NEW place that involved packing your pup in the car and exploring/running/meeting and greeting. OFF leash opportunities are the best of all.
