Default Too clumsy!

I've had Lucy for 6 months since adopting her. When I adopted her, the shelter said she was 1 1/2 yrs old, but I later found out from my vet, that she is more like 7 months so now she is just over a year and getting more crazy every day. Anyways, she is the most clumsy, reckless dog I've ever seen; running into things, sliding around corners, busting through any obstacles, stampeding into my legs nearing knocking me over and anyone else in her path. Another thing is how she is always hitting her head on things! Turns around too fast to run out of the room and bangs her head on the way out. I don't want her to hurt herself someday

I take her on 3-5 miles bicycle jogs every other day, take her to the dog park, and she has a huge backyard to run around in. She knows many commands, and I try training with her often, but how long does this last for? lol sorry, this is my first purebred shepherd. My other mix was always so calm

The clumsiness could be because she is still growing through her feet. Could also be an eye sight problem or an ear problem that can cause inbalance. Take her to the vet if you're worried. That's always usually the best idea
She could just be the exciteable dog of the litter. Just keep training and exercising her and playing

OH! and teach her a "relax" command. It's a bit like saying down on her bed and then telling her to stay. Except she is relaxed. There are a few videos on YouTube that could help, or google it

Hope this was an answer you were looking for. If not, sorry for the blabbering LOL
