Our neighbor has ten, yes ten dogs. Bella completely ignores their existance. However, Harley barks. A lot. There is a 6' stockade type fence between the yards but the way the houses are situated, my deck is effectively on the second story in the back since we have a walk out basement. This means my dogs can see the neighbors dogs despite the fence. How can I get Harley to stop barking at their dogs anytime they are out?

LOVE LOVE LOVE such a 100% easy and immediate PERFECT fix!
When he barks, the first bark, take him back inside. Each and every time. Do not leave him outdoors unattended. Take him indoors the instant he barks. PROBLEM SOLVED! Good luck!

This won't work once or twice or for week. It works when it works. In the meantime if you take him in the second the first bark is out of his mouth (and I mean you are out there with him 100% of the time so it's the INSTANT the bark is out so he knows EXACTLY why you are going in the house) he will start learning.
How are general dog classes going? He listen well in dog class with distractions? How about on and off leash? How is the engagement training going?
