The pet names thread spurred me to right this down. I messed up on Rushie, but hear goes. I wrote this about my dogs following a children's book, Annie, Bridget, and Charlie.

A is for Amiable Arwen
Who once had a thing for Old Darwin,
The problem was that,
Darwin the cat,
Was not very fond of our Arwen.

B is for Bad Little Babs
Who puts away food in great stabs
She eats grains and meats
and all of the sweets
With nary a thought for her abs.

C is for Cute Little Cujo
Whose Tail always says, Mucho Gusto
But people all fear
When his barking they hear
And they all steer clear of poor Cujo

H is for Hauty Miss Heidi
Who keeps herself dry, neat, and tidy
The others don't care
For her huffs and her stares
They thing she is all high and mighty.

J is for Jenna and Joy
Who are both very fond of a toy,
The mother, her daughter
She went and she taught her
Exactly how best to annoy.

M is for Meandering Milla
Who dances around like a Veela
She leaps and she bounds
And she spins all around
Mirroring the actions of Shiela.

N is for Naughty Miss Ninja,
Who for a friend never would win ya
Her neighbors all know
By their ears, nose and toes
That you don't mess around with Miss Ninja.

R is for Roudy young Rush
Who cannot bear to be brushed
He cringes and careens
crouches and leans
'Til the groomer's afraid she'll be crushed.

T is for Terrible Tori
Who has a sad little story
Her owners, 'tis a pity
Thought she too liked the kitty,
And returned her lest it become gory.

W is for Willful, Whiney, Whitney
Who begins every day with a litiny
She cries and she screams
And she troubles my dreams
Each morning she takes quite a bit o me.
