From Triangle Veterinary Hospital, Durham, NC A young, very pregnant, purebred German Shep. was abandoned at our clinic yesterday. Our policy is to send these dogs to animal control but this little girl is so sweet and we know the shelter is a tough place for a young mother and her pups. My plea is this: Is anyone interested in adopting her or fostering her if I can get her into a rescue situation? We have named her Holly and we are currently getting her cleaned up. I told them to (maybe) name the pups Dasher Dancer prancer Vixen Comet Cupid Donner and Blitzen!

This is wonderful news. She is such a pretty girl and those pups are adorable. I don't know who their guardian angel is, but he/she deserves a huge round of applause.
