Here is an email I got on this fellow tonight from the Columbus Co. Shelter volunteer. He sounds like a gem:
"He is definitely purebred and BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!! he is fairly young, very friendly, just wants you to love him! He is also HUGE! He is not the typical GSD, he is probably about 3 ft tall on all 4's and then standing would definitely clear me! he was a stray and available on fri at 4:30." -Krista |

I called this morning ahead of pulling the big boy for Last Hope Safe Haven who committed to him over the weekend. The shelter told me he was adopted last Friday when he became available. Sounds like a good local home from what I was told. They had adopted a GSD from the shelter previously, had her spayed right away and were looking for a companion for her.
Susan will let us know if it doen't work out for him there. -Krista |
