Mickey is such a wonderful young lady and loves to attatch herself to new people. She loves to love and gives tons of affection. We think she has been abused so it does take her a little while to warm up to new people but once she does... she is the BEST companion. She does well with other dogs and needs a slow intro with cats. She needs someone to love her and give her a new start with some TLC. Please come see this girl. MODS - Please move Mickey to Follow-Up.

She has received all her shots, is HW negative and is leaving the shelter this afternoon. She will be spayed by our vets.

I would like to add a HUGE thank you to Cathy for agreeing to safely board her for a week for me, Paula M. for all your help with contacts and pull and to all others who offered their help/suggestions. Mickey will be safely out of the shelter today and open up space for another to have a chance.

I also found this shelter very nice and extremely helpful to work with, especially when BDBH faced an unexpected obstacle yesterday of being able to get Mickey out of this shelter quickly!

I will be posting a runsheet for her transport next Saturday.
