He's at the Harris County shelter. I don't know about their pts rates, so I'm not sure how urgent. I already talked to my husband, and unfortunately we just aren't in a position to take on another dog otherwise I'd be down there now. Seriously, we need to move to have more room for dogs. My heart just broke a little more. The rescue I contacted (Second Chances) doesn't have room for him.
