He's at the Harris County shelter. I don't know about their pts rates, so I'm not sure how urgent. I already talked to my husband, and unfortunately we just aren't in a position to take on another dog otherwise I'd be down there now. Seriously, we need to move to have more room for dogs. Also, if you are in the area, BARC has a white GSD, listed as a mix though. Sent from my iPad using PetGuide

My heart just broke a little more. The rescue I contacted (Second Chances) doesn't have room for him.
