Youngstown, OH - Dove, Female, Senior White GSD with abscessed jaw (rescue)

This girl is located at the Mahoning County Dog Pound in Youngstown, Ohio. The pound has 55 dogs in it right now: Dove is XX urgent!

She has what we think to be an abscess on her face. It could be an abscessed tooth that has eaten through her face, but we are not 100% sure. Dove is in severe pain and will not allow us to look at her teeth.

She is shy, sweet and older. We do think she is not under 8 years old.

This girl cannot eat the food that is available at the pound. She needs immediate Vet care!

She may be safe. Can you email the contact and ask? From what I read on FB, she has been taken to a vet and St. Francis is going to help her but there is nothing concrete only reference to an email.
