Per animal control he has an adoption application in place should his owners not come forward during the stray hold period. Good news!

I've inquired and am waiting on a reply (they're very good at getting back to me). They had some Lap puppies there today and they were all adopted this morning so they've been very busy. Keegan has rescue lined up for him if the adoption falls through so it's safe to assume he's adopted.

That is great news about Keegan. I think I have someone that is calling today about her before they make the trip.

I think I need my own rescue. I heard back from MAGSR they contacted the shelter and if the shepherd pups are not picked up by next week they will be called to get them.

I agree! I wish I had been on the boards here sooner. I would have taken her. Just glad these two for now are saved. Do dogs get returned often? Maybe that question should go on another forum.
