$41.00 adoption fee

Catja is a 7 year old spayed female German Shepherd. She was surrendered to the facility because her owner is now working too much to provide her with the care and attention she needs. She walks well on a leash, is house trained, and has lived in a home with exotic pets. She knows some basic commands already, one of the benefits to adopting a more mature animal. Her favorite game is fetch. If you are interested in Catja please pop in at Anne Arundel County Animal Control to meet her.

Our viewing hours are Tuesday thru Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

what a beautiful girl. bless her heart. sounds as tho she'd make someone an excellent companion. she looks well cared for...how can someone just take their elder dog to a shelter and walk away.

The older dogs always tug at me more than the younger ones. She looks like she would be a lot of fun to live with.

Isn't she sweet? She just went up on the AACO Animal Control Facebook Page so she hasn't been there long. I know she's been forwarded to several Shepherd Rescues.

Stunning girl, the perfect age for someone wanting a GSD that is still lively but not too much so.......and a total steal at $41.00.

Agreed. She's already spayed and up to date with all of her shots. She's ready to go once someone is approved.
