Cassie is a very pretty 2 year old Pure Bred German Shepherd Dog. Cassie was given to a family from the pound not that long ago. Apparently, she never opened up to the family - loved the kids, not so fond of the parents.... So, they brought her back, at least they gave the ACO her name. Cassie is a nice girl, but does try to act like she is the boss. ACO said when it comes down to it, she is just a big baby...a real coward. Cassie seems to be "at home" in the pound...which is very sad.

She doesn't look "at home" to me - she looks sad and depressed. If only those parents would have had some patience and worked with her, perhaps adults haven't been so nice to her in the past...... I hate it when people give up without even trying

Any rescues germnshep or otherwise who can do a last minute pull... ? She is too far away for me to help.. she looks so sad and desperate... and she is...

NW Indiana Death Row Dogs Facebook page says Cassie is "safe." No other info at this time as to where she has gone.
