Looks more like prison - solitary confinement -
rather than a shelter....
She does look purebred maybe even coated by her tail...

CiCi has 1 more day before she becomes "available." In some shelters that can mean PTS as well as up for adoption......

for the pretty girl on the concrete floor....

She absolutely breaks my heart. Is there no one close enough to eval. her? No rescue space anywhere? Poor baby girl.

I emailed the shelter and they said they had some calls on her. She was a stray so they don't know much about her. I'm about an hour away and could do an eval if someone is interested. I could also help transport if necessary.
