Hi everyone my name is AUBREE. I am an older girl that really needs a break in life. The girls here found me running around the pound one morning when they got here. Somebody had apparently just dumped me off here at the pound to fend for myself. I kinda just stuck around here cuz there were so many other dogs so I figured somebody around here must be dog friendly. I let the girl coax me out of the corner with some yummy food because I am so, so hungry but I did not like that leash thing at all that she put around my neck. I was so scared when I first got in here but I warmed up really nicely. I get along super great with all the other dogs and I am very sweet no matter how terrified I am, I would never try to snip at these girls. But I am a houdini at getting out of kennels and fences and pens. If there's a hole big enough for a guinea pig to get out of then consider me gone. I'm running from something, I just don't know what. I have a pretty bad flea allergy going on right now, a whole lot of my fur is missing and I was scratching so bad until the girls started helping me out. I have had alot of puppies in my time too, it seems like that's all I was used for since I really don't understand the loving touch of a human. But let me tell ya I am sure glad I caught onto that quick, I love the feeling of a gentle hand petting my head so much I learned how to give kisses too, I didn't know what I was doing but my tongue just came out on its own and licked the girl right in the face. But she told me thank you and laughed so I guess that's a good thing. I am a really, really sweet girl that is just asking for one more chance to be in a family that truly loves me, I am understanding this best friend idea more and more and I am loving it so much and I am so grateful. Please come down and meet me, and just remember I won't look like this long, my fur will grow back and I will be a beautiful German Shepherd pretty enough for a picture (maybe in front of your Christmas tree this year)!!!! AUBREE appears to be in good health and has been given her parvo/distemper vaccine and wormed for 3 days with Pancur. I AM SCHEDULED TO BE EUTHANIZED ON : WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 2NDPlease call 330-424-6663 ext 1757 if you are interested in giving her a loving, forever home and a second chance at life. Our adoption fee is $100.00 CASH WHICH INCLUDES HER NEUTER, PARVO/DISTEMPER VACCINE, RABIES VACCINE, CURRENT YEARS OHIO DOG LICENSE, AND SHE WILL HAVE BEEN WORMED FOR 3 DAYS. The Ohio dog license will be honored throughout the state of Ohio until the end of that current years license

Doesn't that story bring tears to your eyes - that poor girl, yet she still "smiles" for the camera. Heartbreaking to think that her life might end in just a few days.....after not having a Life, so to speak.

This girl had a rescue, I received a e-mail from dog warden saying rescue fell thru..
 can anyone HELP HER NOW???
