CARROLL COUNTY, OH URGENT Has till 9/30 MALE #14 (adopted)
already neutered. He is avail on Friday and needs out because the pound is full and will gass him. His pull fee is paid for to rescues.??

BUMP...No picture found for this guy. His adoption fee is only $17 and this includes a dog license and 5-way shot.
Additional Information: "Please call the dog warden at 330-627-4244 for further details. The pound is open Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM" |

I'd like to nuke shelters that gas their animals - shooting would be more humane. This boy is still on Petfinder, but I don't know what time they PTS or update their site
