Petfinder Adoptable Dog | Shepherd | Hillsboro, OH | Murphy

Murphy - approx. 2-3 years old; NEUTERED and seems to be housetrained; was abandoned at his home by his family, evidently tied out and unable to get to food because his chain fastener is still on his collar; he is very obviously underweight, but otherwise appears healthy; he seems to feel good, wants to be active and his coat isn't overly dull; he's an extremely friendly boy who's made lots of friends at the pound; one day when he's nurtured back to health, he's going to be a magnificent looking boy

How do people sleep at night........handsome boy, but this is a very small pound so he may not have an extended time there.
