This girl is just a real charmer hence her name. She has some neck issues possibly a collar was left on her neck to long and grew into her neck. She is about 2 years old and her neck don't stop her from giving kisses and getting lots of love

I called about this girl. I spoke to someone at the shelter who had shepherd herself and spoke highly of her. She said they had a low euthanasia rate and she was very adoptable.
Any Ohio rescues out there who can check this out?

Let's hope the "low euthanasia rate" is true, because this girl's listing is gone.......with luck she found a kind home......
