Petfinder Adoptable Dog | German Shepherd Dog | Jackson, GA | shasta
Please network for Shasta... Space here is very limited. Not long ago (a month) a young, sweet GSD/mix named Monk was at this same AC and he was PTS. He had only been there THREE days. PLease someone get Shasta out in time. Very small AC. |

As of 1:00 p.m. eastern time Shasta is still available.
Calm, good with other dogs, friendly. "Must be out of AC by tomorrow, Friday"~~~ FIRM. "Closed for the weekend and MONDAY is too late for this dog"~~Firm Can someone please email rescues? AC must be contacted. There is a rescue coordinator who works with this AC. AC phone is 770/775-8013. |

GSDMan~~~I just called the AC and she has been adopted.
When I asked "what rescue" she said "she went to a local vet and they are going to adopt her out". It sounds like "Shasta" still needs an adopter but she is "safe" and out of the AC. If you are still interested in adopting her you could call the AC 770-775-8013 and ask what local vet has her. The local vet maybe would work with you so that you could adopt her but the vet would probably want a local rescue down there to handle an adoption. The vet could tell you what rescue to call or I know a rescue that you could call. Just ask and I'll post the information here. There are transport people that I could put you in touch with too but the rescues are wizards at that usually. Thanks so much for getting on this forum and trying to help "Shasta". |
