Henry County, GA, Longcoated Liver GSD F (to rescue)
Here is the PF link for Akira..a gorgeous girl at high kill Henry County, Ga, shelter. They have a couple of other GSDs there too. Forgive me..I have forgotten how to post directly from the PF site here..can someone please do that from this link?

Thank you Susan! I took a respite from rescue for my family's sake..but am now dabbling here and there..and this girl just leaped from the page when I scanned the shelter's listings last night. She is stunning.

omg...she is one of the most beautiful dogs I've ever seen!

Lost and stray animals are held at the Henry County Animal Care and Control Shelter for four (4) calendar days (excluding Sundays and county holidays) in order to give their owners a chance to reclaim them. I have heard she went to an all breed rescue down in GA - that the dog she came in with did not pass eval. Hoping Kathryn can confirm?

Thanks Kathryn - I hope they can work through the PF. Some out of the box things that we have seen work here on the board include diaper cream like Desitin and Penaten creme (from Amazon). Jakoda a mod has some good info. I just don't want that rescue to feel like she's beyond hope and put her down for it. I know it can be more serious, but let's hope that she's an easier case.
