Newark, NJ - Sadie LH F (adopted)

She must have been somebody's baby...but she's now all alone in the shelter. Saide came to us as a stray from a nearby town the end of June. Since no one has claimed this precious young lady, we are looking for the perfect home. Sadie is a beautiful purebred Belgian Shepherd Dog (Tervuren). True to her breed she is a little shy around strangers but soon warms up and starts to lean and cuddle. They are very loyal dogs and form strong bonds with their family. Sadie is alert and, at times, very elegant. This breed is very observant and attentive to any changes in their environment and sure enough Sadie was checking out everything around us. This girl definitely grew up with a family and was somebodys baby. She is so sweet and gentle and people focused. Everyone was very impressed with her outside of the shelter. You could see she was very intelligent. She took treats very gently. Didnt want to eat out of the bowl but showed...
