that's so wierd, what's wrong with these people, they so wanted the dog placed, and when a rescuer steps up, do they not realize there is so many other dogs in danger?

I hear what you are saying deblewellen and thanks for your concern for this little girl. It is very frustrating when this happens. I will call Rebecca today and ask her to keep my number just in case Callie shows up at her door. And again, thanks to 4dognight for her offer to foster, etc.

Just on a side note, the Shelter here is great to work with. I've had no trouble reaching Rebecca and they even do transports to different areas at a very reasonable charge. Its a small town but I could tell they are doing everything they can to help these dogs.

please, here is a dog who lost her home due to owner's illness, is a super family pet and has no issues. is there anyone who can help her? bless her heart.
