FYI: I called and the warden said she doesn't get along with other dogs. This one probably needs some patience and training.

Lots of GSD's don't get along with other dogs, but it might make this lovely girl hard to adopt. She will need someone familiar with the breed and with reactivity..... Rescue would be a better option - any around in this part of the world?

Unless they are two different dogs in the pictures, it does not look like a GSD, the tan looks brindle almost. And the tail is docked or photoshopped away. It almost look like they messed up with the extra photos, because if you click on the first (not in a cage) it gives you this one. The next two the larger picture comes up them.
I guess it could be a dark sable...

He looks GSD to me, maybe something happened to his tail at some point- the last picture to me looks GSD

Looks like a GSD to me, and I don't see any difference in the pics. She has been there since the 4th - which means her time, as an OTI, is running out....... bump for the young one......
