She also has a daughter with her in the shelter. She is a mix but mostly shepherd. She's 3 years old. They were a cruelty/neglect case.

No, mama isn't a mix. She is full GSD. Her puppy, whose picture isn't on this board, is a mix. I saw her picture, she's a pretty little girl though, looks mostly shepherd. She's 3.
