There is not a petfinder link on her yet, I have pics but they won't open on my computer, Debbie from Dog's Hope here in OH asked me to please post this and see if anyone can help. Thank you.

GSD FEMALE AT PORTAGE COUNTY DOG WARDEN NEEDS HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This girl is a 2 year old female owner surrender for euthanasia- they didn't have the $$$$$$$ to treat the mange. So they kept her in a garage probably for most of her life. My vet came yesterday and said she has demodex. She is very painful, obviously. My vet said in her professional opinion she has been in this condition for a long time. There are open sores and she has an eye infection. She deserves a second chance. She is very sweet and gives kisses and shakes. We are prosecuting for animal cruelty.

I recieved the e-mail about her too and the pics are VERY HARD to look at, makes you sad and MAD that this girl never recieved help. I DO NOT understand how anyone can let a dog get this way....

we are going to call about her to see if they are going to start her treatments and if they found someone for her. She has a long road ahead of her

This makes me so mad you have no idea. Treating mange, early on, is NOT that expensive! And they didn't have the balls to even put her down on their own.

People like that truly disgust me...

This poor, sweet girl deserves to know what it's like to not be in pain and be loved.

I called and spoke with Sarah who said there are no plans for this girl yet. She is not in good shape obviously and they are of course concerned about space. The giel has been assigned the number of 161-no name. Please is anyone looking at finding a place for this girl?
