Shannon I have a firm commitment from rescue to take this guy. Very experienced and will find him a proper working home. If he's not pulled by someone else or adopted, please pull him. I will foot the bill for boarding if need be until we could get him transported down here to me in Tidewater. I do not want to see this guy euthanized.

Schwe:
Everyone that is interested needs to call the shelter. I am the one volunteer willing to transport and handle the big dogs. The other volunteer is more comfortable with smaller and medium sized dogs. The shelter phone number is 304-927-2555 and they are open tomorrow morning. Shannon |

Is Schwe or eberesche taking Storm?
Just want to make sure there isn't a miscommunication and have Storm fall through the cracks. And Thank You to everyone that is working on him! I'm a sucker for those black dogs!

I called the shelter this morning and confirmed that Storm was to be picked up by Schwe's local contacts. If for some reason that does not work out, I've advised the shelter that Storm has a place to go. I have a LEO that will take him as a single purpose candidate. |

OMG HE IS BEAUTIFUL!!If I had a big beautiful horse ranch with horses(my dream home), I would take him.But I can't.=( I would probably get confused with him and Tanner.lol.His name matches him perfectly. He seems like a great dog, and very beautiful. He will get adopted, I am 99.999999999% sure he will get the home he deserves.
As for the comment below, I smell BYB.No need for more dogs in shelers as they are already crowded.Spayed or not, he is beautiful and not a shame. Am I the only one that finds it to be a shame that a beautiful dog like this is going to be spaid??? I consider this to be a great smahefull waste of a wonderfull looking high drive dog. I would love to have him but I am currently looking for a matured intact male to breed to my smokey. Dissapointing.

Storm was adopted on Saturday by a lady who trains with a Schutzhund club in Pennsylvania. He rode home well, ate dinner and went to his crate for a nap. They are now in a period of "bonding" and he begins training next week. Thanks for all of the help with this great dog. He finally appears to have a chance at being in a home that knows what to do with him to make him happy and keep the owner happy.
