Beckley WV- b&t MOM and TEN 3wk old pups!!! to rescue

I'm going to the shelter this afternoon to take pictures but wanted to go ahead and post since this situation is critical. The Raleigh County Humane Society Shelter here in Beckley WV has a very pretty young pb female GSD who gave birth to 10 (yes 10) puppies immediately after she was picked up 3 weeks ago. The pups are mixed. Yesterday when I was there the euthanasia tech, Tom, told me the shelter management (the Humane Society folks) have told him to get the mother on the adoption floor right away!! They told him the back runs they use for quarantining incoming dogs IS NOT a nursery and they want her and her puppies out of there. He took me back to see them and asked if there was anyone who could help... they are on borrowed time now.

THere is NO place in the shelter to put her and her ten pups on the adoption floor, not to mention the pups are too young to even consider adopting them. SO THIS MEANS THE MAJORITY OF THE PUPS, IF NOT ALL, WILL BE EUTHANIZED AND MOM WILL BE PUT UP FOR ADOPTION. I'm sick over the thought of this. . . it's just heartless. And as pb dogs go in this area, mom will most likely be adopted by someone looking for a breeding dog. Her and the pups time is VERY limited to get someone to help them. She is NOT posted on their website as yet since she's in a quarantine run in the back with puppies... IS THERE ANYONE ANYWHERE WHO CAN HELP??? I'M TAKING PICTURES THIS AFTERNOON AND WILL POST ASAP.

5 of these puppies were already been pts this morning. . . just called the shelter.. RIP little guys.

Here are some pictures of poor momma gsd... I don't remember her name. She's got a really expressive face and looks so confused. I'm adding a couple of pics of her puppies since they do go with her.... yes, they are mixed...The employees at the shelter say she's been fine and easy to work with. Was a tad shy with me but not fearful... I think they have her age listed as around 3......

Yup... the other 5 they pts were all b&t. That's so hard to believe they could do that to such beautiful little pups. I'm wondering if the red and blks are maybe from a red dobie... It's a very distinct dark rust red color.

Mom's a very attractive girl.
