The shelter is always full and they cannot keep any animal that shows signs of aggression past the hold period. From what I understand, his temperament deteriorated very rapidly and they could no longer handle him.
There are a few new Shepherds at the shelter that came in this week, will post them on the forum as soon as pictures and info are available. |
