Morrow Co AS, Storm

Storm was adopted. However he tested positive for heartworm and the family chose not to take him. He has already been nuetered and has been given his vaccinations. He knows sit.....but will need further training. He is responsive and energetic so training should not be a difficult task. He is typically clean in his kennel however does have an occasional accident if not let outside.

Please consider Storm. He will need the heartworm treatment at some point. We do suggest that he be seen by a vet due to the positive heartworm test---however all vet care that we provide has been complete and the heartworm treatment and care will be the adopters responsibility.

Are you referring to the shelter? Because they're not on here. Dogsaver is just posting him. The answer is that municipal shelters don't have $300+ to treat the animals in their care. Half the shelters I work with don't even have the money for vaccines and dewormers.

This is so sad, he's a beautiful boy and just needs an understanding owner and a little TLC.

Good news! Robertsdog has offered to foster this boy and find him a home.

Hi,
The shelter just called me to give me some info on this boy. He has been passed around a lot from family to family. He is about 1 year old, gets a long with childern. He is very laid back once he is away from the shelter.
I will need help transporting him to the Cleveland area for this Sat. I called a friend who does transports to see if she has one coming from the Cloumbus area to Cleveland area & she will get back to me. If any one out there can help, please let me know.
